  • 2) ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER 1 PM CEST WILL BEGIN PROCESSING THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY AND SHIP WITHIN 24 HOURS. ORDERS PLACED AFTER 1PM ON FRIDAY WILL BEGIN PROCESSING THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.
  • 3) DELIVERY TIMES DO NOT INCLUDE SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS IN THE NETHERLANDS AND MAINLAND CHINA.
  • 4) OUR SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION MIGHT BE SUBJECT TO IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES WHICH ARE LEVIED ONCE THE SHIPMENT REACHES YOUR COUNTRY. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR DUTIES AND TAXES LEVIED BY YOUR COUNTRY.

  • 8) PRETTY WILD CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS CAUSED BY ADVERSE WEATHER OR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE DELAYS.

ORDER TRACKING: UPON DISPATCH OF YOUR GOODS, YOU WILL RECEIVE NOTICE OF THE ORDER SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AS WELL AS A TRACKING NUMBER. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO TRACK YOUR PACKAGE BASED ON YOUR CHOSEN COURIER.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS: ANY DELIVERY FAILURE OR LATE DELIVERY THAT EXCEEDS FIFTEEN (15) BUSINESS DAYS SHOULD BE REPORTED TO OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.  IN ORDER FOR YOUR CLAIM OF DELIVERY FAILURE OR LATE DELIVERY TO BE ACCEPTED, YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DATE OF CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ORDER. IT IS OUR DESIRE TO ENSURE THAT EACH PRETTY WILD PRODUCT YOU PURCHASE EXCEEDS YOUR EXPECTATION IN QUALITY AND MAKE. IF YOU DISSATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE GOODS PURCHASED OR ORDERED, WE WILL EITHER EXCHANGE ANY UNWORN PRODUCTS, GIVE YOU A REFUND OR PRESENT YOU WITH A STORE CREDIT.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF PURCHASED ITEMS: FOR HYGENE REASONS, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, OTHER THAN SIZE OR DEFECTIVE QUALITY ISSUES. RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNUSED, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, AND IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH IT WAS RECEIVED WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED, AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING (INCLUDING, IF POSSIBLE, THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY BOX).  THE ORIGINAL INVOICE MUST BE PROVIDED WITH ANY RETURN.  PRETTY WILD WILL DETERMINE IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION WHETHER THE PRODUCTS ARE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION WHEN RETURNED.  IF PRETTY WILD DETERMINES THAT THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT IN ORIGINAL CONDITION THEY WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.  PLEASE ALLOW UP TO FIFTEEN (15) DAYS FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN.

RETURNING A PRODUCT FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND IS AT AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COST TO YOU.   • 2) YOU MUST NOTE THE SIZE(S) YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE TO. IF THE RIGHT SIZE IS NO LONGER IN STOCK, PRETTY WILD WILL CONTACT YOU WITHIN 48 HOURS AND PRESENT YOU WITH A REFUND OPTION BASED ON THE CURRENT RETAIL VALUE OF THE PRODUCT.
  • 3) IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO RETURN THE ONLINE GOODS, PRETTY WILD WILL CONTACT YOU WITH A MAILING ADDRESS AND CASE NUMBER. PLEASE NOTE THE CASE NUMBER IN YOUR RETURN EMAILS AND IN THE PRODUCT RETURN SHIPMENT.
  • 4) PLEASE NOTE THAT PRETTY WILD IS NOT LIABLE FOR PRODUCT LOST IN TRANSIT. THEREFORE WE RECOMMEND THAT THE GOODS ARE SENT VIA REGISTERED MAIL WITH A TRACKING NUMBER.

Return or Exchange of Gifts

IF YOU RECEIVED AN ITEM AS A GIFT FROM PRETTYWILD.NL, YOU MAY EXCHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER ITEM OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE WITHIN FIFTEEN (1F) DAYS OF DELIVERY.  YOU, THE GIFT RECIPIENT, MUST PAY THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE.  PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO DETERMINE YOUR ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN.
